Japanese T-Shirts Aoi will give you a 15 day money-back guarantee or exchange the item(s) from the time you receive the items, if you change your mind or if an item is faulty, wrongly described or different form the sample shown. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us with your order number, postcode and new card details.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Japanese T-Shirts Aoi will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Japanese T-Shirts Aoi will refund or exchange products, if your request is based on the result of you received item(s) that is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, or of you changed your mind with the following conditions:
1. Items must be returned within 10days of you receiving with the original invoice.
2. You will need to provide us with your name and address, and a brief description of your reasons for return.
3. Where you change your mind, items returned must be in saleable condition.(unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags/labels attached.)
4. If you change your mind, you will need to pay all postage costs associated with your returned and/or exchange items.
5. Purchases made online cannot be returned in store.

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Registered Parcel Post delivery service.
